Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SeoStrong we are committed to quality service and customer satisfaction. We will go out of our way to make sure our clients are happy with our services and we will work hard to rectify any complications should they arise. Due to the differences in the services we provide, the cancellation policies differ as well. Please refer to the respective service agreement for a detailed explanation of our cancellation policy.

SeoStrong adheres to a 30-day money back guarantee if the client is unhappy with communication, customer service, or account management related issues. If the client has prepaid for services, all funds will be refunded less any charges and fees incurred by SeoStrong up to the date of cancellation. Fees may include search engine charges, directory charges, or third party PPC charges.

Cancellation of service may be submitted via email, fax, direct mail or over the phone. You will receive a confirmation email that will act as proof of cancellation of service.

Refund Policy

Similar to the cancellation policy, SeoStrong adheres to different refund policies depending on the type of service provided. Please refer to the respective service agreement for a detailed explanation of our refund policy. SeoStrong will not guarantee any refunds due to cancellation of its services. SeoStrong will adhere to the agreement signed with the client, but does not offer any refund for the transaction charges, funds spent on search engines, service already delivered or any other miscellaneous fees incurred by SeoStrong that are non recoverable and refunding will result in a loss to SeoStrong.
